After quite a few years of classes with Total Fitness and sad when the studio had to be closed, I was hesitant to sign up. I am so glad I did. I am able to pick my time and I like doing exercise first on my daily agenda and I am more energized for the day. The ones that do the classes are excellent at pointing out correct moves and the choices are great - classic, weights and balance, yoga, dance. I still miss the live classes but this is a great way to stay in shape. Try it and you will like it.

I’ve been working out with Anita and Mindi since January 2020, and I absolutely love it. Their classes are fun and they explain why you are doing each exercise. They emphasize if your body is telling you no, chose an alternative and they show you the alternative. I’ve tried some online SilverSneakers classes on days when I can’t work out with Anita or Mindi, and they are NOT the same. Thank goodness that doesn’t happen often. Might be better than nothing, but they don’t compare to Anita’s and Mindi’s classes. I work out 4 days a week and look forward to each one. I can see and feel a difference in my strength and balance. They are the absolute best!
