Grown and Fit Women's or Men's Workout Series
Workouts designed for the 50+ active adult designed by Anita Rigmaiden.
Adapting to new fitness habits could be difficult and may even lead to giving up… Anita’s goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. “I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.”
GROWN & FIT WOMEN’S WORKOUT SERIES, led by Anita, is a virtual workout series designed to help women 50+ enjoy a fit life. It is also available as video on demand, which allows you to exercise on your own time, while putting into practice effective movements designed for the woman’s body and yielding positive results.
GROWN & FIT MEN’S WORKOUT SERIES, led by Dennard Wright, is a video on demand workout series designed to help men 50+ enjoy a fit life. The program focuses on exercises that are vital for continuining to experience a fit and healthy life.

Yoga and Yogalates
Yoga for all comfort levels. Our yoga instructors are trained to work with all individuals regardless of their fitness levels, from advanced classes through chair yoga.
Yogalates combines the power of Hatha Yoga and Pilates® for a sensible and effective workout.
Senior Fitness
As we age, our muscle mass begins to decrease. Muscle is an essential contributor to our balance and bone strength–it keeps us strong.
At Total Fitness For Life (formerly Cosmic Energy Fitness Studio), we have a variety of classes that meet the need of the active older adults. Join the fun, friendly senior community and take care of your health. Our instructors are certified and specialize in SENIOR FITNESS training. We accept members of the Silver Sneakers, Prime Silver & Fit, and Active & Fit programs.
SILVER SNEAKERS® CLASSIC MOVEMENT is designed to increase strength, range of movement and performance in activities for daily living.
SENIOR CARDIO JAM is choreographed using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building cardio endurance.
STRENGTH & BALANCE is a class that helps you improve total body strength. Exercises include lifting weights and doing body-weight exercises. This class will also practice balance poses.
TOTAL BALANCE FLEXIBILITY is a class that helps you increase core flexibility and improve your posture and balance.
CHAIR YOGA, practiced in a chair, is specially designed for Seniors, including those with physical challenges. It focuses on stretching, toning and balancing. Class includes seated, standing and balance poses.
LINE DANCE features fun choreographed dance routines that challenge the brain agility and balance. This class is led by Jane Carter.
Zumba®
Let the rythym guide you and make you happy. Enjoy Zumba® at any level of fitness, knowing that the music and our dedicated instructors will guide you through a fun and productive fitness session.
