Anita began her career in the fitness industry 24 years ago, after receiving dual degrees in Business Administration and Physical Education. Since that time, she has worked in many areas of the fitness industry, from being a physical education teacher to a group fitness instructor, to managing a fitness facility.
Professionally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Fitness Professionals and Associates, she holds the following certifications:

Dennard has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Dennard has trained a variety of clientele from 5 years old to 93 years of age.

NASM, ISSA and ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist.
Elissa Smallwood is a personal trainer with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She genuinely cares for her clients, and has a desire for them to feel great in their bodies. “Through strength training and intentional movement, we can lead more energetic and fulfilling lives! Physical fitness truly makes everything better.”
Elissa holds multiple personal training certifications through the American Council on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Athletic Certification Training Commission. She is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and has a passion for making healthy eating enjoyable and accessible.
